im exactly the same situation

my case pd november 2018 case was move to ellis may 2024 still waiting for approved

same situation 03 June 2019 reached current in the visa bulletin

you are eligible to file I-485, when USCIS will process your I-485, they will approve I-130 as well along side your I-485

if your in the US you can file I-485 if I-130 still pending if not you will have to wait for approval.

@Cassandra Salmon precondition for filing I-485 is I-130 approval and yes you have to wait outside of the United States.

My date is feb 2019 and I am current this month. case migrated to elis on august 20. for now I dont have any approval

can you still check your case status? F2B here too, my PD was July 2019, they approved my i130 Nov 2020
