No WOM I contacted my congressman and the USCIS replied by saying I'm still under the normal processing time, just 2 weeks after the reply my case got approved

@surinder singh i wrote exactly these words its been 2 years since I filled in for change of status and no updates about my case thereby preventing me from fully integrating fully into my community, job advancement (millitary) and ability to travel abroad .
