Upgraded lawfully: Ranking ?
Hi…… happy Sunday.
I paid for the pro version (I think it is called) and I have the number ranking where it compares my progress with others. How many people have this and do you feel there is accuracy with it?

Alhamdulillah I got approved
Hey everyone,
I’m excited to share that my I-485 application has finally been approved! It has been a long journey, and I wanted to share my experience in case it helps others in similar situations.
• Timeline:
• Interview Date: June 26, 2024
• Follow-Up: I reached out to my congressman after waiting for several months without updates.
• Recent Updates: After my congressman inquired, I received conflicting notices, including a cancellation notice for an interview that had already taken place. However, I kept monitoring my case and staying persistent.
• Approval Date: November 15, 2024
• Key Takeaways:
1. Stay Persistent: If you feel your case is taking too long, consider contacting your congressman. Their help was instrumental in moving my case forward.
2. Don’t Panic About System Updates: USCIS online case statuses aren’t always updated in real time. My case was approved, but it took a while to reflect online.
3. Be Patient: Even with delays and confusing notices, your case is progressing behind the scenes.
To everyone still waiting, hang in there! This process can be frustrating, but persistence pays off. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about my experience.
Best of luck to all of you!

16 months combined for approval and DQ'd.
began when 6-9 months TOTAL PROCESS. paid 980.00 for services not provided in a timely manner. why is a 3rd entity in the process needed to look over forms and documents ALREADY APPROVED by the TWO Government agencies for Immigration. interview for what reason, they don't trust what the other ones in their own government has approved? pass medical exam, issue visa. $200.00 to enter country. if that was done by any other than the government, it would be extortion. thank you, rant is done. happy Sunday
Finally approved on November 16

travel while waiting
I am a U.S citizen who has filed for my husband. our case has not been approved yet and I am wanting to travel with my son to visit his dad. our son was born in April (2024) my question is what do I do when the other parent can not be here to sign the passport form for our child? does anybody know? I believe both parents have to sign the passport forms.
Current Step
So folks is it safe to say that we’re just waiting for the geeen card to come in the mail if the progress is currently at step 4 which is case decision? I just checked and it showed that step 3(interview if necessary) is completed. I’m excited because this means we don’t have to interview then.
