Husband -petitioner naturalized us citizen former military no criminal records
petitioned ex-wife 15yrs ago divorced 5yrs ago
myself - beneficiary overstayed 10+yrs entering with esta(visa waiver program)
went to kindergarten-middle school in the US during parents' masters (visa never been denied)
dated about a year lived about 6mo together prior to marriage
today is our 1st anniversary so total 2yrs in relationship(yay!)
both born in same country
attended with attorney
no questions were asked crossed just asked directly to each person(basic id questions)
3-4 questions about relationship asked to my husband which he screwed up on in my opinion(he doesn't even know his twin daughters dob)
i just couldn't help but roll my eyes on him, duh typicall you!!!
i-485 part about 300000000 yes or nos (pretty much everything)
something about my previous addresses
I worked without permit in this country
asked me about the job(it was related to my major i studied in my country)
that was pretty much it
the interview lasted about 15-20 mins
officer handed me the white sheet with the first box checked
attorney says it wasn't the best but nore the worst
but yet he believes not to anticipate anything wrong since petitioner is paying good amount of tax and i am working with good pay also paying right taxes and paperwork looks better than good even perfect.
