@Cy Cy you can do that by yourself,enter your ceac account and look for the contact information and click edit, remove the old email and add the new email.

Thats the issue we cant access the first welcome letter mail sent by NVC due to the psssword issue .Its my elder sister's email though.I can access mine but she canot becsuse she gave wrong email to Uscis
