@lk s no I am not but the fact that they uploaded it means everything looks good + the fact that it is at non-local field office = imminent decision

@lk s - Hey there. My case timeline is very similar to yours. EB1C, India. PD - June 2021 and RD - Jan 2025. 485 and 485J were filed together. I received an RFE to resubmit supplement J in April 2025 which we responded to. Haven't received the notice for the 485-J supplement yet. this gives me an insight that I'm not alone who hasn't received the J supplement notice immediately but was uploaded at a later date. based on what you say - this looks like an approval is near. @amdsk a is right !! good luck and keep us posted.

my biometric was in Feb 2025 and received AP/ EAD in May.

@black blazer Was your i485 at field office when you received ead/ap?

@amdsk a - yes. I guess. here's a summary April 2025 - RFE letter received from Hartford FO May 2025 - EAD/ AP combo approval letter comes from NBC Last 485 api update is showing 5/21. nothing after that.

@black blazer Since it is at FO, it is basically waiting for an officer to take a look. It really could be very soon or any day. Keep an eye out for api updates as an indicator. You’re literally at the very tail end of the stage. Good luck! it will be soon.

@amdsk a - thank you for your positive thoughts. based on the api updates we're discussing on the other thread (where I'm seeing the null error) I'm now unsure if my case is at FO. so confusing

@black blazer You can double confirm with Emma. But since you got a response from FO, I am pretty sure that’s where your file is.
