No update after responding to NOID
it’s approaching two months since I responded to the NOID they sent me and there as been no update to say they even received my response. I chat with a live agent couple days ago and they say my case was looked on last month, but if it was reviewed why wouldn’t they notify that evidence was received. I am so tired of this roller coaster feel they have been sitting on my case for far too long. The NOID was for lack of evidence but what’s crazy is that the previous RFE I sent in so much that they didn’t even outline in the NOID. they keeping losing the evidence.

The whole USCIS process is messed up now. I had similar experience December 2024 when I got a NOID too. They didn’t acknowledge the receipt of my response to the NOID. I called countless times, sent emails, chatted but no response. March 2025, I received RFE medical for my I485. Still no response on my NOID/I130 till date. I don’t know what to do anymore than to keep praying.

@Rooney Ron chances are I might be getting rfe for medical as well mines expired. it was silent for more than a year and they only sent the NOID after I made congressional inquiry. Honestly don’t know what to do right now
