Still waiting for I130 December 15/2023 Texas center ,spouse in Angola .
Does anyone knows why some cases are getting approved and others are still being actively processed? why some cases get faster than others ? USA 🇺🇸 citizen here filed for my wife I130 December 15/2023 .I have seen already December 20/2023 .Is this normal?Shold we be worried?what should we do ?we didn’t get any notification yet . I need my wife and to start our lives together.

We married in July 2024 and applied for a change of status in August 2024.
I FINALLY got my interview scheduled and now feeling the nerves!
I'm hoping this wonderful community can help ease my anxiety by sharing their experiences with interviews.
Is there any advice you can offer or any questions that stood out?
Is there anything I should bring outside of what's listed on the interview letter?

BONAFIDE MARRIAGE EVIDENCES Form I-130
Hello everyone!
When my husband and I submitted my I-130 online helped by a lawyer, she didn’t tell us that the proves of our bonafide marriage were not valid since they didn’t have both our names on them, and she ended up submitting the form with no proves and I just found out after over 5 months. Now we are collecting other evidences and we were wondering is it a good idea if we make different PDFs? We were thinking about a PDF with the receipts of the gifts we gave to each other, a PDF about our Valentine’s Day, and one PDF for each vacation we went on, with flight tickets, receipts, bookings and a few pictures, everything with place, date and the names of the other people that were with us. Do yall think it’s a good idea or it’s too much stuff? They would be like 5-6 PDFs but we thought it would be more organized and simple that some random receipts and photos with no context.

Still waiting. I’m outside the U.s. Almost 17 months
It’s been forever. Unbelievable truly. And to think this is step 1 for us… after decision we have like 2 more steps and waiting. Horrible. 🇦🇷 there is a waiting time of almost 3 months or more at the embassy in Argentina. Good god
