1040-X for immigrant visa interview

Can I use IRS Form 1040X (amended tax return) as proof of income for my immigrant visa interview on April 22, and are there any additional documents I need to provide to support the amended return, such as paystub, employer verification letter or W-2s? additionally,, do I need to upload the 1040X on ceac or not? thank you in advance.

it states evidence of income is only needed if income from tax transcript reflects below the poverty income guidelines... thoughts? from how I read that I don't need to upload?since my transcript shows over poverty guideline by quite a bit

How long usually after case is transferred to local field office is a decision made on case

I filed I-765 based on pending I-485 (VAWA) 5 weeks ago , still no receipt notice. Is this normal? How long is it taking others to get their receipts lately?

Nov 2024 cases!!!

Any update on November 2024 cases??? I’ve seen Jan and Feb 2025 case been approved on EAD in 3/2 and less than 2 month recently. However my EAD hasn’t moved over 137 days. what’s going on???

my question is do I still need to go for my h1b stamping? and wife H4 stamping?(even she got her AP). (ie) if I travel back using AP is my H1B status void now? Also has anyone traveled with AP? did you face any issues now.
