hey there, so I applied for asylum in 2013 I was 13 years old and after 10 years they sent me for an interview in April, but I got married in 2021 with USC and my husband applied for I-130 for me

and I still waiting after 2 years to get approved for I-130, my question is should I go to the interview and let the officer know about my I-130 application? or what should I do? pls help

I 140 almost 420 days still pending

Hi everyone , my I 140 still waiting , is it normal 420 days no answer ? Because I am thinking to do premium process but my lawyer he wanted me to wait . I am feeling exhausted if it was I 485 form yes I could understand and I could wait . Is it not crazy this processing time for I -140 ? or only am I making problem , I feel like something wrong with this processing time is a lot time and make you more stressful and exhausted .

I tried to renewal of my EAD that has advanced parole too but should I file them together or wait for 120 days before date for AP? also the renewal fees are confusing since some say 260$ and some say zero. can anyone help. please?

Does NVC notify if documents were accepted or not? Is it possible to never get notify and just get the interview date?
