RFE
Finally there’s movement on my case. status changed to RFE was sent. I’m hoping it’s for medical because the first one is expired. My priority date is June 2021.

i submitted my I485 application together with my medical in 2022. This is my first RFE. my case has been in CRP since 2023

it’s normal if your case is single, they’ll send you RFE only. But if your case is Family, they’ll interview you

My case is family and all our status changed to RFE sent. There is no explicit rule on who gets interviewed or not

congratulations. if NBC that would be medical. I think you just go ahead make appointment with doctor and start getting vaccines to save time.
