I need advice-Vawa
I’ve been married since 2022 and recently applied for I’s -130/485/765 in November. however I’ve been going through hell in this marriage and can’t no longer take it. I therefore decided to look for other alternatives and heard of VAWA. and I’d like to hear from the community for better clear understanding and what I should be expecting on that path. thanks
290B applied no progress further its been 7 months now
I got my 485 denied saying we dint respond to RFE which we dint receive at all, so we filed 290B in August , no progress yet , it shows me case received and receipt sent , live agent says ready for review, any one sailing in the same boat :-\ ? #290b
