update on my case but I can’t see the update.
has anyone ever received false notifications on this app?
I got a notification stating there’s an update on my case but the app has no new update on my case😢

it was like the same for me yesterday I checked the document tab and the approval notice was there…

there was no actual update. they just changed the wording from "case being actively reviewed" to "case still being processed".

@Mike Raphone Alot of persons got approvals but the status didn’t change, just the approval notice updated under the document tab… I have 2 petition and only received “Case still being processed on only 1 of them that’s the one I received the approval notice the status still hasn’t changed but the notice is there
