k-1 fiance
Hi, I applied Aug 2nd of this year for the k-1 fiancé visa. My fiancé is from Nigeria and I’m hoping that they don’t pass us by because of where he’s from. I am aware that there’s people who have waited longer than we have, we are trusting in the Lord, but this process has been very exhausting and this is just the start. I am not even sure what month they are working on but I have heard they are getting slower at processing cases.
EAD Timeline for Eb3 Skilled ROW
i filed my EB3 I485 on Oct24,2024 and received a Request for Initial Evidence (RFIE) related to birth certificate. i am replying to RFIE this week and hoping to get my fingerprints soon.
Two questions:
1) How long would it take for Fingerprints appointment given i received RFIE?
2) When should i expect expect to get EAD. i want to leave my job coz of toxic work environment and wanted to understand the timeline for EAS

My lawyer has filed a mandamus
My lawyer has filed a mandamus for 2 months and I still haven't received any kind of letter. Does anyone have any ideas? my I-130 approved about 3 years ago

Approval Vawa Rate 37,5?
Hi everyone! here says the approval rate from 2021 until 2024 Is 37,5 !!! if is so little why they let us waiting 4 long exausting years?
Are there any denials here?( not from people that lost appointments but others;) i have a very serious case , but a very short marriage because i run like hell from the monster , Im a female but still I'm getting panic attacks from this exausting timeline.
Also this new requirement for vawa /I 485 interviews , is nowhere to be found at uscis webside only from lawyer's sources, is it legitimate? If it is do you think is going to speed the process or to delay even further? I filed both on March 22 and I'm mentslly exausted from this timeline is the same hard as the abuser was and it SHOULDN'T be this way. im jealous for future applicants im sure at some point will be faster again.
