Criminal case dismissed
I had an arrest back in 2016 related to my battery charges with a USC old man but later date in 2017 the case was dismissed by the judge. I filled my vawa application in 2023. Will my arrest record affect my vawa petition with USCIS?

no it’s not gonna affect it.so far it has been dismissed,you only need disposition letter to back up your arrest.
