husband 485 finally approved 🙏🏻beyond grateful for everyone on here I feel like we keep each other from freaking out at times😅 the support on here from everyone helped us get through it !! do want to say husbands progress tab was way off after glitch it had gone back to step 3 after being on step 4 for over a yr saying 22 months a week half later here we are approved so don’t be discouraged!!!!

i m here for my friend…he is traveling to his country on AP but he got one minor criminal charge which is …he sold one cigar to underage ( mistakely) while he was working at gas station…and he got caught by local sheriff department ( he wasn’t state guy)…whould it be affecting him on coming back ( he is using JFK ) any answer would be appreciated thanks

I would like to just give you all some words of encouragement….. this is by far one of the hardest things to get through because of all the steps and the long wait (little over 2 years). EB5 Green Card Category of Admission

Hi! Has anyone else gotten their green card via EB5 rural investment post RIA (2022) ? I’m not seeing much info on the category of admission for these green cards, could it be because of the new reform? All my paper work/approval notices/cards are consistent, no typos, no errors, no RFEs so I’m very positive is not an error but the newness and lack of info. Could anyone else please share their COA? I’d really appreciate it:) #eb5 #aos

Today I had a green card interview and the interviewing officer said that your case has been approved, wait for it to be mailed and is this true ? And in my online account after the interview, I see on online account said an mailed you a cancellation notice. We will notify you by mail if the appointment is rescheduled, a decision is made, And what does this mean, I am confused, please help

Hello everyone, I recently applied for AOS and I-765 for myself and my spouse as derivative. My I-765 has been approved but his has not, we did biometrics and everything together. Has anyone experienced this? And how long did it take to get your derivative’s I-765 approval? (The second EAD was approved exactly a month after the first) Thanks!!

Hi, I received my card in the mail with my photo on it and it is my work authorization. But it does not have a SS number on it according to my husband. Do I need to get a different card now? I feel like this is a dumb question but I don’t know. 🤷‍♀️ Thank you 🙏

Hey guys so this whole time i was thinking my case was in texas office but i talked to an agent and they told me my case was filed in texas but then was sent to potomac office😣😣😣! does anyone know how long potomac office is taking to approve cases? i filed my case last year December 27, 2023 and nothing has happend yet, it says actively reviewing your form! 😣😣😣

What happens if date of entry is mistakenly wrong on Vawa form For example 01-01-2020 is the date of entry And lawyer submitted 01-01-2021 what will happen?? and my lawyer submitted this 7 months ago but I just saw it the year is incorrect. what should/can I do. or do I just sit and wait for the RFE?
