hello all Initial OPT ended - May 17,2021 My 180 day i765 STEM extension ended on Nov 12. my EAD didn't arrive so employment terminated...time from hereon does it count for unemployment..my EAD decision hasn't arrived and due to their delay employment terminated...please share your thoughts

That office now has jurisdiction over your case.

I got this notification 2 days ago for I-751. Does this mean anything bad? or will they schedule an interview? I thought they don’t schedule interviews for LIN receipt for I-751.

Nebraska EB fillers of early 2021 any approvals?

My case was received by USCIS on Mar 3, 2021 - I410 was already approved - and I sent I485, I765 and I131 all together. Biometrics done in Jun and RFE sent I’m late Aug, no updates ever since. Anyone has received good news from Nebraska recently?

I had my 751 interview along with my wife back in August and still have yet to hear anything. still not outside ‘normal’ processing times. any advice from the community?

AP not approved yet.

Received EAD already a month ago. Still waiting on an update on AP. I wonder why they weren't approved at the same time. Contacted USCIS for case outside normal processing but it doesn't let me. Says it's within time but it's not. Anyone with similar experience?

When will I get my interview

I130 my PD Feb 2013 I would like to know my timeframe I have paid all fees submit all document and still waiting 😔😔😔😔 it's been so long it would be nice to get my interview date now I am hoping to hear something by early January 2022
