Hi, I want to know if other people have my same expirence or I am just rare case, my EB2case received in December/2020 in Texas, and until now I did not receive my medical RFE, neither any of my family.
anyone in the same boat or anyone was able to find a solution to this situation

you are not alone....2 colleagues of mine filed 10/30/20 and one of them received the EAD, but not the second. no medical RFE either.

We didn't receive anything after receipt notice. we have filed on 11252021.

Just you have some idea. I filed eb2 niw i-485 in Nov 2019 and got my medical RFE in September 28, 2021

I filled on Dec 21. EB3-1, I had my bio appointment in November, nothing else, still waiting on my EAD.
