Unemployment days count
hello all Initial OPT ended - May 17,2021 My 180 day i765 STEM extension ended on Nov 12. my EAD didn't arrive so employment terminated...time from hereon does it count for unemployment..my EAD decision hasn't arrived and due to their delay employment terminated...please share your thoughts

since you are waiting for your pending EAD you should be okay. But if it goes the other way round means you are out of status

@ Kk k I confirmed with my dso they said as EAD pendjfn you are in status not our fault

i mean when denied but fingers cross. Hope you get it soon. Its very faustrating.

did you add that expedite paper to when submitting it. There is a paper that comes with the initial opt

My EAD decision has not been made yet. my 180 days extension will end on Jan 1st 2022. I am in the same boat as you are. Any updates?
