At this point, I don't know what to do with my case at the end of 2017 I applied for immigration benefits in April 2019 USCIS contact me regarding my interview they schedule my interview on June 3. When I get there that day the officer told me they don't have all my field and they are going to reschedule my interview since that day I never received any letters regarding my interview from USCIS. when I call they told me they doing a background check.
but I renew my EAD CARD (working permit) every year with no problems, but I'm wondering why is taking too long to get my interview
Can someone explain me what USCIS looking when they doing a background check? I never get arrested or anything and I know before they give you the EAD card they run your background check so I'm lost
what is the best option to move on with this problem ?
thanks
Traveling while i131 pending
Hi all, I have applied concurrently for i140, i485, i765, i131 on Feb 1st 2021. I am also currently H1B visa holder so this holidays I have traveled to my home country. I will re-entry in a week using my H1B visa. Does someone know how it will affect my i131 process? Anyone with similar experience? My laywer told me i131 will be denied and need to re-apply again. I cannot believe I have to wait another year.

Wasting so much Time
I really don’t understand Uscis,I went for my interview and it’s 6 months still under case is being reviewed,What are dey investigating for so long that dey can’t make a decision,I have read cases of wasting people time for so long and dey end up getting Denied,Like why all this drama and stress,Does any one understand how the system works,Like why drag cases for so long without making a Decision
no case update that rfe response was received for my K2 but mine was rfe received as K1 .. I-485 AOS
we received an RFE then sent it to USCIS and mine the K1 said rfe response was received but my K2 has no case update yet that RFE response was received too. Done biometrics and my daughter's case status update is USCIS activity reviewing it.
I'm kinda worried here what's going on, is this normal and anybody here in the same thing?

Hello Family
I have a question. I interviewed recently and got approved.
USC filing for spouse.
Recently my i485 and i130 shows approved.
but i765 shows case is getting reviewed?
I have a H1 work authorization.
couple of questions
1- For status to change to card is being produced, which application will reflect it ( 485 or 765) ?
2- What will happen to the i765?
3- when can I expect the status to change for card bein produced?
not sure how the process works?

Am i on thier timeline??
Hello everyone hopes everyone is doing great.
They received my case on July 9 2021and did my biometrics on Aug 30th, 2021. As you can see in my case after biometrics I never heard anything from USCIS. it just says fingerprint taken. (VAWA)Is it a normal time frame?? or Do I have to look into something???
Waiting for EAD AND Advance Parole.
