July - August 21 online i-130 filers?
I was on the visa journey site and saw someone said they had gotten an RFE for the I-130A form (supplemental information for spouse ) because when they filed in July 21 they had used the form available then which was dated 02/28/2021 , but have now got an RFE because that form was outdated and the new one is available, but the new one dated 2024 was not available when I filed either. so is there anyone who's had their i-130 approved that filed in July / August 21? I'm so worried I'm going to get an RFE for this .

Waiting to hear from the USCIS for NOA2 for K1 Visa case
Anyone here get their K1 Visa petition reviewed yet for NOA2 by the USCIS for the month of April ? I'm the U.S. petitioner waiting to hear back from the USCIS since they received our case since April 5th, 2021. They sent me a receipt for NOA1 on April 22nd 2021. It's been over 9 months wait now ! I believe they process cases on the date they receive them ? Or is it the date they sent out receipts ? This process has been frustrating and exhausting ! People that are in the same boat as me just want to be with our loved ones and start new chapters in our lives ! Hope people can receive good news soon including myself 🙏

how does the case processing number works? my case is Texas EB2, receipt date Jun/21... hi guys! I have a question... when we apply for work and travel permit / EAD, USCIS gives one timeline (prediction/processing times) for i-131 and other tottaly different for i-765. which one should we follow, since the EAD give us both permissions in one card?

Done the interview some days ago (CR1+IR2) in Montreal.At the end CO gave us the paper with AP crossed out.She said I am not able to approve you guys today because I need you to put you guys on AP..On the NVC website for my son is showing he is IR2 BUT the paper CO gave it to us my son is CR2!!!!!! She took our passport and did return all the original documents to us and said you are good to go for today!
She did not mention about DS3353 but AP.

Asylum & TPS
Hello All,
i applied for Asylum back in 2014 and until today I have not heard any updates except “Next Step is an interview”. nothing besides that. This was from Asylum office in NJ.
additionally, I have been applying for Syria TPS since it launch. i applied in April for the renewal and a new EAD I-765 and until today nothing as well.
i also had a work authorization based on my Asylem status that has expired and I applied to renew that one,C8 catagroty, and they received the case on DEC 2nd 2021 Texas processing center. i have received the 180 days automatic extension.
however, if I don’t hear anything from the USCI (as processing times are ridiculous right now) what are my options, I am at risk at losing my job.
Also, any recommendations on the Asyluem case that’s been pending for 8 years now?
