@lorin when I did my interview, the office that interview me said my i130 have been approved and he said expect us in your mail box in 2weeks time,till now i haven’t heard nothing from them until November 16th I received my SSN and the 18th November I received my work permit but never heard nothing from my interview

I can’t see what they didn’t approve my too on spot because everything went well, because they actually separated us me and my husband, but my lawyer was inside altru the interview and we both answer all questions correctly and my own interview was not even up to 10mins and the office said you’re good to go, your i130 have been approve and expect us in your mail box in 2weeks time and last year December was my 2yrs marriage anniversary 😍😍😍😍💕💕💕

well u will get the 10 year . As for me I’ve been married 3 years and I have a son for my us citizen husband . I had already had an approved petition from 2020 . we wasn’t separated but the officer asked all the questions on the I 485 which took about 45 minutes smh . he ask my husband couple questions too . he didn’t even say anything after the interview jus handed the white paper and say we should get decision in 120 days .

@ Mich reach out to them! ask your lawyer about next steps ombudsman and congressman inquires might help too I also also going through same! i understand how difficult it is looking at the positive side you will get 10 yr GC what is your FO btw?
