different times for approval
hi guys! I have a question... when we apply for work and travel permit / EAD, USCIS gives one timeline (prediction/processing times) for i-131 and other tottaly different for i-765. which one should we follow, since the EAD give us both permissions in one card?

mine is also EB3-2 Skilled worker! service center NBC! USCIC received date 27th Aug 21! still waiting for Combo card! i have emergency to travel!

hi @kashif for me is saying I may receive green card before EAD! Don't know much about NBC.. it feels it's been faster than Texas though...

@ash by EAD timeline you mean i-765? so i-131 only works if you're ONLY applying for travel, not for both?

@Tess how do you know that you may receive GC earlier than EAD? is there any way to check if yes pls share also with us

@kashif so I'm saying it by looking at the dates that Lawfully is giving me for "most possible prediction". it says my GC will possibly be processed starting on April, but my EAD says it's possibly be processed by may. you need to have all your cases uploaded here on the app to be able to see all the predicted timelines!
