Someone else's Notice sent to me. Reach out!!
Hi Guys, if your name is YEGORAW ZEWDALEM, please reach out. Your notice was sent to me from the Department of Homeland Security, National Benefits Center. Your notice date is 1/4/2022. Your received date is 10/16/2013. Receipt Number; MSC 1490100###
This is the only info I can see through the plastic on the envelope. Sorry, I don't open mails that don't belong to me.
I'd be happy to mail/forward it to you. Please let me know ASAP. My other option is to mail it back to USCIS.

it must be a very old case applied long back. see the numbers start 14.. 2014 year

Don’t open it not to get sued and it would be illegal. You’re supposed to return it to USCIS through the USPS.

I admire your intentions though. However if you mail it back and they check it they can request the notice to be sent to a new address
