Am i on thier timeline??
Hello everyone hopes everyone is doing great.
They received my case on July 9 2021and did my biometrics on Aug 30th, 2021. As you can see in my case after biometrics I never heard anything from USCIS. it just says fingerprint taken. (VAWA)Is it a normal time frame?? or Do I have to look into something???

Vermont is EXTREMELY backlogged so people are waiting a year and over. they’re working on January 2021 I believe but people are waiting from 2020 and still get theirs so idk.

it's gonna take at least from 5 to 8 months till u get ur work permit.. processing time for vawa takes forever .. I've been waiting on my work permit renewal for 8 months . still waiting

@ky did they reuse your fingerprints or they actually scheduled you for your biometrics?

quick question. my work permit got approved today but i filed ead and advance parole together. my my advance parole still says pending. in that case i get the advance parole with my ead card or i have to wait for advance parole to get approved???

if filed concurrently, I believe it will come together as a combo card. sometimes the I131 does not show an update or the update may come late from what I’ve seen. No update on mine either, just the EAD

hey @Liza, do you think AP slowers the EAD? and maybe that is why they give out the EAD without an AP in order to reduce the wait time as means of speeding up things? it could be the reason maybe.. ??

it could be because AP time is a month before EAD . I hope it comes with it in there cause I’m trying to travel
