Case Processing
Expedite
So I had requested for an expedite yesterday suggesting that my husband is a US army disabled veteran who is not working (financial loss) and I am expecting (im also his dependent) and this morning USCIS sends me an email saying this (and btw all these evidences were already provided to the officer at the interview 6 weeks ago) : “Due to the high volume of expedite requests for this case type, we are strictly enforcing the criteria that has been set for these expedite requests. While your situation appears serious, you have not provided evidence of an extreme emergent need. Please make an InfoPass appointment to come into the local field office so that we may better serve you. Bring a copy of your case receipt notice and supporting evidence. “
what should we do? should we just wait or go ahead and go to the office and bring the evidence again that they already have?
Thank you

expedited request
Hello family,
so I expedited my husband case in November 11 and due to living with my husband outside the USA, I had to mail in my evidence. they received my evidence on December 08, 2021. and I waited for a months to hear an update or a decision nothing. So, I called in January and requested to speak to a tire two officer, it took 20 days to hear back so she told me to give it 45 to 60 days to hear a decision. and until today I haven’t heard back and it has past the 60 day timeframe. Did anyone has to go to the same thing?

EAD IN SRC SEEM TO BE PICKING UP
Some people already posted about this topic, and looking into websites with statistics on receipt numbers, it looks like Texas Service center is processing a good amount of EADs. not sure if the numbers are very accurate but it shows MUCH better (several days close to 500) daily approvals. it also shows a higher rate of GC I-485 transfers to other centers.
We need to keep the good news coming! there is hope.
if anyone has more concrete details, please share.
