Same response but directly denied. Seems like they extremely restrict the standard for expediting. Last time, It works but not for the renewal this time. Cost 1 year's waiting for a 5 minutes' approval, damn Texas service center

@Jessica: I hope they are not asking every single person requesting expedite processing to do so. If it’s the case maybe they are trying to kill the time. They know it will take time for someone to call you back to set up the appointment after you request it then the appointment will be for some time in the future. That will give them time to not do anything for us in need of our case to be approved. This is crazy.

I did not go to the office, but you can call USCIS and make an appointment with them

i just called them to schedule the appointment and the agent said that its weird they are not suppose to make us go to the office and its not allowed. i was confused

so I will just wait I guess

@Divine S just got my EAD approved ( I did not call them ) they had my EAD expedite denied after 14 days they updated my name, then after 3 days got approved.

@jessica so happy for you. thank God. a tier 2 officer called me today to go to their office with evidence for my expedite. i am still waiting
