I751 - RFE - Final decision

Hey everyone! Just curious—anyone else in a similar situation, still waiting for a decision after their RFE was received? Or has anyone recently gotten approved after submitting their RFE? This is for a divorce waiver case at the Texas Service Center. Would really appreciate it if you could share your experience!

hi all! after my response to RFE was received last week, we just got a notification that out i-130 was approved but no updates on i-485. any one ran into this situation? does this mean my green card was or is about to be approved as well?

My visa type: IR1 immigrant visa just got approved and issued 🥳🤩, the feeling is endless and one of the best after waiting for 3 years just to get to this point. yes it looks hard , long , difficult but remember why you started in the beginning. Hi guys! Few weeks ago, I contacted Emma and talk to an online agent. After putting me on wait for checking my case, he told me that he is not allowed to tell me about the steps of the case. He then closed the conversation I couldn't even read the full text he wrote. I sent an inquiry about 3 weeks ago, there's nothing back still.

Finally Approved!!!

Finally, I got my I-130 approval today after 20 months, 3 weeks and 2 days spouse of a USC, NO RFE’s. it has been one hell of a ride and not an easy journey. I just want to say to everyone who is still waiting for an approval that your time is near all you need to do is continue praying because prayer works. I’m sooooo happy right now. Thanks to everyone for their contributions here🙏🙏🙏

The day has finally come!

After becoming current in April (Dec 2022 PD), my day and that of my family has arrived. We received the famous “card is being produced” message for all 4 of us. I knew it was close, and for some strange reason after checking daily for almost 3 months did not check this week and got the email notifications from my immigration lawyer. Be patient and keep the faith, I was pending since August of last year and your turn will come soon!

interview done a year ago and again interview scheduled last week and got a letter and today again interview canceled and waiting on the letter

hello all, I had my interview a year ago and everything went well and they asked me to send them the original birth certificate in foreign language and said everything else is good. it’s been a year almost I had my interview and I sent the rfe as well the other day and it’s been a year too and no update until last weeek. all of a sudden they scheduled me for interview end of this month and I got a letter but today again I got a notification saying my interview has been cancelled . any idea on what does this mean and how long before any decision is made. pls if anyone have similar experience plz let me know thanks

Adjustment of status based on 1 year grant of asylum

Does anyone know how long after an immigration officer review your case a decision will be sent? I applied June 2023, they used my old fingerprints that was taken for my asylum application and on June 12, 2025 I was told my case was reviewed by an immigration officer.

Hi all, UPDATED ON JUL 2: Thanks for all the warm comments! I just got a notification that both my 130 and 485 were approved today (one day after the interview). Best of luck to everyone!! ———— Glad I found this community! Yesterday my husband and I went to the interview for both my i-130 and i-485. It was very smooth and the officer told us he has approved my i-130 and recommended my i-485 to be approved. I got several notifications during the interview from the USCIS saying “we have taken an action on your case” but nothing changed when I checked (not even in the document tab but they did take some additional documents). And the status remained as “interview was scheduled”. Anyone been in the same situation? Not sure who to check/ talk to or if this is normal. Really need some insights now. Thanks! Veronica
