Everytime I talk to live agent they have nothing to say other than case transferred to Santa Anna FO and an officer looked at my case on 6/26/2025. I've waited a long time, and now I feel cannot wait anymore

hello everyone, I’m just curious about something and would appreciate your help: I know that for my category (F2A), my I-130 can take a lot more, but recently I saw a couple of people who got theirs approved before the visa bulletin being current and I just wanted to know if that is possible. I know that I-485 depends on the visa bulletin to be current but I’m not sure if I-130 does as well. I appreciate your comment

hello, My I-485 was approved yesterday after a Lawsuit I filed in June 2025 since I got denied in May 2025. the reason of the denial was that they did not take my parole I512T (Travel authorization) as a legal entry despite the USCIS memo launched in July 2022. we Sued USCIS because their decision was arbitrary and capricious and against their own LAW. 😊. it’s been a long ans stressful journey so right now I just feel mentally exhausted but relieved. not sure if “happy” because It was awful. wish everyone the best of luck ✨!!! hope you journey is better and smoother.

Is there something wrong with Work permit for SIJS?

I know they don't grant deferred action anymore but what about the ppl who already applied and waited for months? July 6 would be the date I could send an inquiry. Is there still hope for us? The visa Bulletin stopped already and doesn’t seem to move to my PD not after at least 3 years could be more

Regarding Drivers license renewal

I recently got 5 years EAD card. Then I went to renew my drivers license .But DMV said me they have to check my immigration status with USCiS which may take up to 30 days . Has anyone been in the same situation. Need some suggestions
