oh am wondering if it’s NOID notice of intent to deny! because when I got my approval, after an RFE, it didn’t say that.

@fixo RN it can be anything, just wait for the mail to arrive and you find out what it is.

Likely a ‘Notice of Intention to Deny’. If it indeed is NOID, you will still have 30 days to respond to them with more proof. If you don’t have a lawyer, make sure you get one quickly as soon as you get the notice. The lawyer will tell you what documents will be needed to help it get approved. A lawyer that deals mostly with VAWA is highly recommended.
