I-751 cancellation notice of RFE. never get a RFE before this cancellation.
On November 17, 2025. I received a “cancellation Notice for request of additional evidence” related to my I-751 case. However, I never received a rfe prior this cancellation. Does anyone know what this means or why it happens?
My case has been pending for approximately 26 months.

A lot of people get denied over stuff like this, so just send what they ask for — Emma will tell you “don’t worry,” but trust me, it’s better to take the extra time and send everything than get hit with a denial over something that could’ve been avoided.

but they never sent me any RFE, it showed that one was cancelled only. that makes me think they were going to send one but ended up not sending it.

How long they took to answer back after sending the rfe?

@m d it was a generic RFE asking for more proof of bona fida marriage. same day it updated to RFE received. No update since then. 1 week ago
