I’m in removal proceedings with a pending marriage-based I-130. My next court hearing is next month, and I’m worried the judge may order removal before USCIS makes a decision. Has anyone gone through this? Any advice?

Hi everyone, I’d like to hear from anyone who has been through a similar situation.
I filed my marriage-based case with a U.S. citizen in 2024. I had my interview in March 2025, and everything seemed to go well, but after that I waited for more than a year without a decision.
In May 2026, I received an RFE requesting additional evidence of our marriage. I responded with everything they asked for, including photos, our tax return, and other supporting documents. USCIS received my RFE response on July 15.
Has anyone here been through something similar? After USCIS received your RFE response, how long did it take to get a decision? Were you approved, called for a second interview, or did something else happen?

I got my approval on Friday afternoon. My husband and one out of four children also got approved. we re waiting on approval for three of our children and I believe it will come soonest. i am grateful to this community and I pray that you all get your testimony soon. we had no interview . medical rfe was submitted on the 15th of July and approval was on the 24th of July.

Any experience filing WoM with 12 months waiting for Green Card? I need to get back my CDL and their asking me for the GC at the DMV
I filed my GC application on July 2025 and I've been waiting for 12 months (not too bad) the only thing is that I need to get back my CDL. Tried to expedite on November and they denied it in January because I'm from one the 39 countries (Venezuela).
Currently trying another expedite request but has been like a month and still waiting for the call of the USCIS agent.
Already got congressional inquiry on march and senate inquiry couple weeks ago.
just wann know if somebody ever tried Mandamus with 12 months or should I wait a little bit more. the thing is I'm super affected by losing my job and my family income source
What is the premium processing timeline?

F-1 OPT EAD or EB-3 EAD
I am an RN with employment with a hospital. During my employment with the hospital last year I use my CPT from my masters in clinical research program. my CPT ended in April 2026, I submitted my OPT application but still waiting for approval.
On the other hand my employer submitted my AOS in April 2026 and got EAD approval. So, my question is: what is the risk of me activating my EB-3 EAD on my F-1 status?
Do you guys suggest I wait for my OPT EAD or I can go ahead to activate my EB-3 EAD?
I will appreciate any suggestions 🙏
NB. my PD is 05/13/2026 although my I-140 is yet to be approved.
RFE for combo card renewal?
Ok so I received the RFE request and it just says they no longer accept self submitted photos as of December 2025 so they will send a seperate notice with appointment info for my picture to be taken at an ASC. So anyone that did renewals before December, this may happen to you also.

hi guys good afternoon everyone my i485 pending from 4 years I am sij couples months ago my visa becomes current my priority date July 2021 when I come current I send request and then I received rfe medical I send back it’s show delivered 68 days ago at Columbus Ohio center still no update they received or what still show rfe sent from them also they mention date 24 July if we didn’t get your response by 24 July we denied your case what I do that date was allready passed so I am so worried guys I send request after 60 days still no response and i request for tier 2 still no response please help me guys total 90 days done when I get rfe letter
