Congressman help - Expedite EB3 Skilled
Hi guys,
The congressman in my area is willing to help me to request a expedite of my I-485 that is at NBC.
I got my travel permit and work permit and I already work for my sponsor for almost three years. Is it possible to request this expedite? I have no ideia what I can claim to request it and I’m so worry to make things worse.
can you help me with ideias?

just shy of 900 days. 2 RFEs. yesterday, we sent off the EAD/AP renewal. got home and saw GC approved. it's finally over. Still waiting on GC to be produced and mailed, but hopefully that won't take too long. FO Charleston, no interview.

Hi Family,
My 485 is approved today and my spouse 485 is in status ‘Case Remains Pending’. Any idea on how long it will take for the spouse 485 approval?
Will it trigger any notification for adjudicatir or will it automatically get approved?
