I am a child under 21 (at least i was at the time of filing) of permanent resident, and waiting for approval in my homecountry
my mother filed my case in november 2022, and since then there wasn’t any updates. Since then i aged out but i guess i’m protected by CSPA, though i learned i need to wait for my date to show up on visa bulletin before any decision from uscis. I looked it up and logically final decision date for my case will be available approximately in the fall of this year. I’d like to hear anyones thought on this!

I all inquiries unanswered I have been trying for 6 months to get the answers I’ve tried expidite request, Congressman, out of processing time reuquests, appointment requests, tier2 officer what else can I do next they don’t responding at all

Hello lowfully family, my lawyer submitted all the applications on 31st July 2023 and my biometric was done on 5th March, which was updated only in I485 on that same day, but just now I saw it, it has been biometric updated in I131, what its the meaning? please suggest me. And it is not showing biometric update in I765. What could be the reason for updating biometric in I131 after 21 days? it’s good sign ? it’s 8 months finish but till now my case not approve
Congressman help - Expedite EB3 Skilled
Hi guys,
The congressman in my area is willing to help me to request a expedite of my I-485 that is at NBC.
I got my travel permit and work permit and I already work for my sponsor for almost three years. Is it possible to request this expedite? I have no ideia what I can claim to request it and I’m so worry to make things worse.
can you help me with ideias?

just shy of 900 days. 2 RFEs. yesterday, we sent off the EAD/AP renewal. got home and saw GC approved. it's finally over. Still waiting on GC to be produced and mailed, but hopefully that won't take too long. FO Charleston, no interview.
