@IB Ton hey question for you… when did USCIS send you an email that they took action on your case?

I said congrats on the other post but congrats again :)

@IB Ton congratulations. we filed 20 August 21 did our interview almost 2 months ago and were still waiting

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸, I saw my USCIS app notification before I saw the email. I got the email 10:57 am on Saturday 27th.

@jet blue… I did my interview May 2023. my I-130 got approved the next day and I just got my I-485 approved about a year or more later. Make sure you call them. I’m not sure if that helped but I made a call even requested a call with the agent directly which I was scheduled for.

@jet blue hey girl I cannot believe you’re still here. what is going on? I thought you got your approval and houdini’d on me. praying for your approval soon. my 130 got approved on Friday and my 485 is waiting for a decision now 🫤❤️

@jet blue what kind of questions did they ask you? I don’t understand why the hold up???

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 he asked when we met, our marriage date, why I married my husband. we brought two box of evidence including tax returns and he did not look at any of it. I dont know what more to do.

@jet blue what country are you from and what visa did you come on?

@jet blue - Call them! make a service request! I called numerously.

@IB Ton i have called a bunch of times and submitted 2 service requests but still nothing

@jet blue - so here is my opinion and how I communicated with them. my case was outside normal processing time. I deserve an answer, either you reject or approve it. you deserve some form of communications or timeline. if it’s not outside of the normal processing time, you can’t have the conversation but in this case, I think you’re eligible. you have to be firm and courteous though. call them

@IB Ton great advise. August will be 3 years since we filed but they keep telling me I am within processing time
