Case Processing
Case approval was reaffirmed and mailed back to department of state
We had our immigrant visa interview at the embassy F3 category, but our petitioner was diseased so embassy sent the case back to Uscis for approval (we had contacted uscis before our interview).
now the case status shows "Case approval was reaffirmed and mailed back to department of state". Does this mean case is approved? If yes then how much time is it gonna take??

Are there still some 2022 filers? Been on this journey since 2022. Had a veryyyyy smooth interview in early March 2024, but I-30 & I-485 still stuck on “Actively Reviewing …..”
Anyone in similar situation??

UNSOLICITED EVIDENCE- DOES IT WORK?
hello everyone,
my case is now at 950 days, PD is 09/03/2021. this is my timeline
09/03/21 - case received
02/14/22- i765 EAD approved
08/03/22 - i131 Parole approved
10/01/23 - i131 expired
10/05/2023- request for renewal for i765 & i131
02/14/24 - i765 EAD expired
so far this is the only my case has had, no green card interview. nothing! amongst this wait I have lost relatives and now have family members in the hospital. one, my grandfather with high death risks. I got all the medicals and death certificates from my family in my home country, translated it all with certified translation and uploaded it to uscis unsolicited evidence tab with a cover letter stating my case is OUTSIDE NORMAL PROCESSING times, that no action has been taken on my case, I’m having severe anxiety due to the losses in my family and the high risks of losing my job due to expired documents.
long story short, does anyone have GOOD & POSITIVE experience from uploading unsolicited evidence? do they check it? I thought about printing it all and also mailing it to my field office, has anyone ever done that? at this point I am desperate!!
thanks everyone.
