Take everything. The whole packet of green card application that your lawyer applied. All degrees, ids, opts, eads, letter of employment. they ask obvious questions about residence, travel, job etc. Mine was in houston in may. still waiting for approval, officer said i will get a decision in 2-4 weeks. its been 9 weeks.

did your case move to your local field office and is your case related to cross chargability?

@Immi Iz didn't ask any documents to show, just ask questions relating to the application

officer didnt ask for anything from me. even when i offered job letter etc. but its different in every case

@MD Kashif officer just said you will have a decision in 2-4 weeks or i can follow up. she said she is satisfied by my answers and dont need any docs and will send my case to her supervisor to approve. i wasnt given any letter.

@sb bb only difference is, after interview FO ask my employer to send company financial documents to know affording the employees etc. and then will be sent to adjudication decision. just waiting for the card now .

@MD Kashif so is your status showing approved? my status is stuck at fingerprints were applied in may 2023

@sb bb mine is stuck also, it didn't show interview status also. so I'm guessing it will straight show to approve or new card produce

please do keep us posted here. @MD Kashif I wonder why they want to check company financial positiin once it was reviewed already at I-140 stage and I-140 is already approved!
