Ask the person that applied for you to contact the state congressman, governor even the White House. Go to their website and contact them, explain the situation and they will get in touch with the USCIS on your behalf. That’s what my husband did and it worked. Good luck, God bless!!

People who don’t have a legal entry in the US. Non citizen must have resided in the US for 10 years or more, be legally married to US citizen.

if you have a legal entry, if you are not in the US for at least 10 years and if you are not married to a American citizen you are not eligible. these are the requirements.
