case sent to another office
I submitted my I-485/ I-756 March 1 2024. Biometric done June 20, after responding to medical RFE in April, 2024. I-756 was approved 3 weeks ago. I check with emma and I was told my case was recently sent to Cincinnati office on 7/26/24. please what does it means to my case? has anyone has similar experience. Pd June 2022.

If Cincinnati is not your local field office, your case will most probably be approved without interview in a week to a month. If it's your local FO, interview is most likely.

It's a good sign when it goes to FO. Most likely within 4 to 6 weeks, expect approval.

I also chatted with emma, and got to know my case was transferred to Charlote NC but I am living in Chicago. So I do not know it is a good signal or not. Emma told me the processing time there is 38.5 months
