Hi everyone,
Tried searching to see if this happened to someone else, but couldn’t find too much online - checking my Experian, I see I have a soft pull from USCIS from last year in December.
Does anyone knows why USCIS would check your credit? I do have a pending I-130 for 3 years, and an open asylum case.

premium processing clock has been stopped for my case
Hi All, my case status shows after premium processing was filed and just after the RFE was responded as “premium process clock has been stopped for my case”
any idea what does this mean it’s been 4 days since and no updates post that.
please suggest!
I-130 interview
so I got approved a while back, have submitted all the documents and finally got the email that the interview will be scheduled soon in London.
got some questions though.
1. how long after the interview, will I get my visa and will be able to actually immigrate?
2. what should I bring to the interview?
3. what will they ask in the interview?
4. any advice will be great thanks

hola cómo es que le dan seguimiento a la i360 para vida juvenil , porque la abogada le dijo a mi sobrino que la aprobación le llegaría por correo a la casa y que no hay un número de recibo ??? solo tenemos la hoja de que se envió el caso a usci en Chicago y eso fue el 19 de agosto 2025

I got notifications on 17june 2025 regarding my 360 “notice was returned to uscis bcoz post office couldn’t deliver it “n on the case tracking app it’s showing red tik on status and m worried and confused about it.if anybody have going through same situation please let me know and suggest me what to do next
