Progress changed three times in 24 hours

The estimated time to decision on my case changed from “taking too long to process” to 5 weeks to decision and then to 5 months to decision all within 24 to 48 hours. Has anyone had any experience like this before and what happened next? My second question is if adding documents to an already submitted case affect the progress time positively.

Hi VaWA Family! today I called USCIS contact center, to ask about my 485 status , they said my 485 on April 7 sent to NBC , on April17 NBC sent it to Baltimore center which is my field office , again Baltimore Center sent it back to national benefits center. Guys is the transfers is normal, NBC ➡️Bolti➡️NBC .without any notification!!!! I really tired of this pross. person in UCIS center make an inquiry for my 485 even I informed her my 485 is base on approved VAWA . Alos My medical need to resend because it expired. please help me
