This email was sent on Monday and it’s Thursday today, any idea what could have happened? did they change it back to previous status? Thanks.

H1B Visa Stamp Travel Interview

Hello, I got drafted for the H1B visa while on STEM OPT. I am currently on the US working. Once the H1B petition is approved I am planning on traveling home (Germany) to get a new visa stamp in my passport. The current wait time for an interview is 25 days. Can I fill out the application for DS-160 online while in the US and travel home once I receive an interview date? Or do I have to be in my home country while submitting the interview application? This process will take a moment and I am trying to be available for work as long as possible. Thank you

Hi All How am I supposed to understand the PD? According to the Visa Bulleting, the USCIS is working on files from Nov. 2021, correct? Does that mean that my file wont be looked up yet until the bulleting shows current to my PD? If is like that, how come are cases being approved way after my PD? Wish you all a nice day. hello, my case has been “documentarily complete” since october 2023. NVC send me emails of scheduling my interview but i have been waiting since. i am from Ghana, Africa. any advice?

anyone got approval yet for August 2023 🤙🏼 surely we getting close now guys, stay positive, hopefully a lot of us can spend Christmas in America 👍🏼, also I’m starting to think the wait times depends on which country the beneficiary is from.
