Request for additional evidence after request for initial evidence (I-485)
Hi vawa family,
I received a request for Initial Evidence sometimes in April, UScis requested for Birth certificate and Medicals. I sent both and got an update that my response has been received. Today my case updated to request for additional evidence. Has anyone experienced this? What could be the evidence they are requesting ? Please share if you’ve experienced this. Thank you all
receipt notice not received
Hello everyone, it's been over a month since I submitted my I-485 and I-131 forms along with my medical documents to the lockbox. I haven't received a receipt notice yet. I've called the call center numerous times, but they keep telling me to mail the lockbox, which I've done nearly three times now without any response. The call center can't locate my application in the system, and the lockbox hasn't replied to my mails. Does anyone have alternative solutions for this issue?
Service Request Works!
I had my I-765 case pending for over a year. I tried expediting it and it was denied. I sent the first service request in March with no response. I sent the second one on May 8th, they responded on the same day for my March SR. Today my card is being produced and SR for May is marked completed! God is good!!!!!

Finally Approved
We were approved 10 days after they received the Certified translation of our marriage certificate l. I had only sent my own translation. my application date is 4/26/23 at Nebraska but transferred to Potomac. from all I’ve seen, the majority of cases are approved around the 12 or 13 mark. Good luck everyone. The approval letter was under documents. This has been exhausting 🙌

can early filer file (3 years GC, marriage to a US citizen ) N400 online?
hello all, can 3 year GC holder(marriage to a US citizen) file N400 online? according to the website, only 5 years GC holder can file online and it does not mention the early filers. Emma was not able to answer this either. please share your experience. thanks! #n400
