waiting from Non local LA field office
EB1C - PD: 2019
my case and dependent case is transferred to LA field office in Aug mid and the status still shows “Case is being actively reviewed”.
Awaiting for some updates …

literally ı dont understand because only ı have receipt number for Eb1-a. ı dont have visa number. my question how did you understand if visa regress or no. for you @ab egg

Yes, he said your file will be transferred to the Washington Field Office soon. I wonder what the processing time is there? Do you have any information? @K K

ı filed my I-485 on 21 June 2024. turkey and pd 13 May 2024. ı did not take rfe or anything since ı applied i-485. ı am waiting. @K K . ı gave fingerprint 27 Aug. It was not reviewed before October 1st because the quota was full. If the RFE has not arrived, we will probably not take it, hopefully.
