I 485 interview
my interview I485 scheduled with my family ,please share the experience, I am bit nervous.AOS pending for future employer. the officer will ask anything to my kids?? is it okay I can take my daughter who born here , not in the application.???
What is suppliment J , do I need that one ?? I’m waiting for my lawyer’s reply.

they’ll mostly verify if you both are married (by asking basic i485 Qs- Spouse’s DOB, Full Name, Parents name, etc.)
supplement J is verification of job offer- you apply 485J if you change employers or i485/i140 wasn’t filed concurrently.
yes you can take your kid with you. make sure they don’t disturb you during interview.
No need to be nervous. the officers are mostly respectful. they are just verifying if you’re genuine or not.
be prepared with your immigration history & Qs related to your employer . if there are any issues- discuss with the attorney. good luck.
