typically error and wrong doccument
I apply GREEN CARD from restaurant. And hire lawyer to do the document for my case until my case I140 is already aprrove and she just said she wrote the wrong name for my case. Then I asked for all document and recheck to the other lawyer they said some document is mess up, too. It insert to my case. The lawyer said she resent the right one to the USCIS again in March, 2018. And the USCIS got my new one in June and will start to do it again. But until now 2024 I hadn't gotten any message from the USCIS. What shold I do. And what happen to my case. Can anyone explain to me. Thank you so much

I and my spouse are F1. We took the initiative to self-petition via NIW-EB2. In a total of 1yr-6months both of us are approved green since yesterday June 7, 2024.🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾. I pray anyone waiting for approval get green soon!

Hello Lawfully Family! please I need your support. I ema my I-485 alone and they return me the application because improperly filed. now I am going to refill the application, but I want to send the whole package. I-485, I-765, I-131 all together. I keep checking on USCIS website to see what lockbox should I sen le my package and looks so confusing because they gave the location for concurrent filling for petition (I-140) and (I-485) but my I-140 have been approved already and I only need to know where to send these 3 forms listed above. could someone please advise me on this? btw I am in Florida. my pd is July 2022 and I don’t want to loose the spot for filling since my pd is current at this time. Thank you!
