Just information to friends in the same situation:
My status changed to card produced but the tracking number was UNAVAILABLE, so I contact Emma and ask for the number, the agent gave me right way and I got all the information and the date that document will arrive.
try this to know when you will get the card.

my card was produced 2 days ago I guess I will contact Emma next week because my tracking number is UNAVAILABLE
