NOT MOVING!!!!!
Hello, why our application is not moving and seems it was already stuck on the same ranking even new case added and received decision from USCIS. There’s also case filed move forward behind me but my case ranking remained the same. Some application also takes only 3 months. We have filed Fiancé then later we got married and applied for I-130 and the K1 was closed as it overides by I-130. Anyone can suggest what to do to expedite or make some inquiry? Do you know which office to contact?

@Alex Gene Most I-130s take 12 to 14 months to get approved. Don’t mind Lawfully rankings, they don’t mean anything.

@Alex Gene Your case is not taking long. Most people on here are 1-2 years. I don’t even have a work permit yet and I am at 221 days.

I don’t have my work permit yet and I am already in 200 plus days. You can’t make an enquiry yet as they will tell you it’s in normal processing time
