EAD and AP Approved
😊
I'm feel so very happy and blessed, our 130 form is been processed at the Vermont Center and I've heard is very slow 🐌, the rest of my cases are being processed at the NBC and didn't disappointed me, was fairly fast. I mentioned in a different post that I was nervous cus I submitted cases in a weird time line 😅 but is working out. now that I have my 5 years EAD and AP the wait is easier, after 5 years I'll be able to travel and see my parents and bring my husband with me to introduce them ❤️. God is able.

i485 case approved ! is it totally approved ?
hi
I just received an email
I-130 was not approved, but 485 was approved first..?
What does this mean??
I submitted the I-130 and 485 RFEs last time, so I received a response for I-130, but the I-485 said Case approved the next day!
I’m so confused as to whether this was completely approved without an interview, or like 130, they just received the documents well and asked me to wait for the interview ?.? 🥺

I receive my RFE today under the docs tab. my petitioner has a low income and am making alots though that will work but they asking us for the I-864. my big problem now is my wife didn’t file her tax for 2021. her mom is ready to give us the joint sponsor. The Wait Is Eating At Me Slowly
Honestly I’m just looking for some words of encouragement, so I don’t mentally and physically lose it. Upon looking at my timeline you might wonder why it took over a month to send medical and that alone was just obstacles upon obstacles. Yall I really am just overwhelmed and stressed.

change case through consular processing
Hi,
It's been 8 months since I am working with my sponsor but now I want to change my case through consular processing. Is Is it possible? And if I change it through the consular process, can I go only to my country or go to any country? How long will this process take, and after that, when can I get out of the country?
