Case Processing
Approved!🎊
Hi everyone!
The interview process was straightforward. It was in the Orlando field office. The officer was a very nice gentleman. He aksed the security questions on I-485. He took my updated documents and added to my application. He said he would have to do a final review and I should check the status online. After 5 days the status changed to approved!
For the interview, it is good to bring the original and a copy of the latest documents like passport, I-94, H1-B visa and work authorization/advance parole cards, lastest paystubs and prior year’s W2. If you recntly got married or had a child bring the marriage certificate/ birth certificates as well. If your I-485 process has taken more than a year, get a new medical just in case. The more you have the better, so you can strengthen your case!
From my experience the officers are friendly and considerate. So, stay calm and confident; and hopefully everything will work out just fine!
Good luck to you all! I hope your journey goes as smooth as possible!

what does that means any one have idea
I contacted USCIS and an agent told me that my case is with field office and transferred from MSC(national benifit center) and he told me that your interview is waived at this time and case is simply processed
does any have any ideas how long it will take to receive decision based on that message from USCIS agent ?
traveling with parole and I130 pending
hi, I would like to know more experiences traveling with parole. I have one that is valid for the next 5 years, but my I130 is pending and my I485 is pending as well. My cathegory is 2FA. I know usually is better to wait for the approval of I130 but I lost my mom last year and couldn’t go to her funeral and my grandma , who is 84, is not well and I don’t want to go through the same trauma. thank you
US Citizen (✔️)
Good morning everyone. Yesterday I had my naturalization interview in Los Angeles at 6:45 am. The officer asked me the 6 civics questions (probably the hardest one was who was president during WW2), followed by the reading and writing portions, which were really simple. After a short interview I was offered to take the same day oath ceremony and was a US citizen by 10:00 am. I wish everyone waiting for a resolution the best of luck. Stay positive; the law of attraction works.

Have any of you been approved without needing the interview?
We have been married for 2 years now and continue to live separately. Only I can travel to Colombia because it doesn’t require for me to have a Visa. My husband only has his Colombian passport but unfortunately in order for him to at least visit me can’t because he doesn’t have a Visa. Which is why we began the process here, I’m the petitioner.
Best of luck to everyone!!

I-765 EAD: Card is being produced
Hi, my I-765 got approved today through #VAWA. I am graduating on June, I have applied for OPT as well. Do you recommend using OPT to work until VAWA is approved? I am a little concerned with current administration. Should I continue maintaining student status until my I-360 is approved? Also, how long does it take to receive EAD after it says “Card is being produced”? Thank you for your feedback!
Based on a pending I-485 adjustment application
